DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a $350 deposit to secure any booking.
The balance is payable two weeks prior to the arrival date.
If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to check-in, a full refund will be paid; if the cancellation is between 2 and 14 days of check-in 1 night’s tariff will be charged; if the cancellation is made fewer than 2 days before check-in then there will be no refund.
